Allowing your body to function properly starts with a good cleanse.
During my first cleanse I suffered mostly from headache and flu like symptoms. A year or so later when I went through another cleanse I suffered for a few days from pains where I had previous injuries in my joints, but mild flu symptoms.
Some people don’t experience or notice any of these discomforts!
If you do, don’t worry, this is normal and temporary for some people, but not all. Some people quit the detox process because of how they feel during this cleansing period but if you hang in there it will be well worth the effort. It varies for everyone from a mild discomfort to more severe symptoms.
It’s important to implement the “natural diet” of whole raw fruits and vegetables during and after the cleanse to maintain a continuous daily cleanse and to keep you in top physical and metal health.

Some people have never taken the steps to detox their bodies. By definition detoxification is the process of clearing the body of drugs or alcohol that a person has consumed. In health, we are referring to the elimination of toxins in the body that has built up over time. Safe elimination and simultaneously boosting our health is the goal. As a consequence nutrition and energy is available for rebuilding in conjunction with removing rogue cells and toxins.
The Requirements:
It is critical to get the toxins out of the body as they are released and stirred up. This is done by using various herbs and liquids that assist the liver and kidneys in the detoxification process which are finally eliminated through the bowels and sweat.
A good Fiber Cleanse product is one of the most effective ways to remove toxins, promote regularity and at the same time detoxify the colon. During my first cleanse I replaced lunch with fresh vegetable juice 3 times per day for a few days a week until I noticed a real change in the way I felt. I would eat a large salad with some vegetables, Chia seed, Avocado, Tomato, raw sunflower seeds, raisins, and homemade salad dressings for the evening meal along with a small portion of cooked vegetables or soups, etc.
